Terms & Conditions
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
When placing an order you assure that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
1. Pricing
We process orders via PayPal.
If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card, the payment will be processed on conformation of the order at the time you ‘checkout’. We will email you to confirm shipment. Please see PayPal for information on PayPal payments. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
* YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE PURCHASES, HOWEVER ALL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED THROUGH THE SECURITY OF PAYPAL AND ITS PROCEDURES.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout stage.
In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud.
2. Availability
* PLEASE ALLOW MIN 1 WEEK TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER + ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS MAXIMUM FOR SHIPPING. THERE MAY ALSO BE A CHANCE THAT ITEMS ARE SHIPPED EVEN FASTER THAN EXPECTED IF ALREADY IN STOCK.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the US and subject to any delays resulting from the post office and/or forces of nature, for which we will not be responsible. Please see our delivery charges for further information.
While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
3. Payment
* ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED. OUR SHOPPING SITE AND & ALL ORDER OF OPERATIONS ARE PROTECTED & SECURE.
* YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE PURCHASES, HOWEVER ALL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED THROUGH THE SECURITY OF PAYPAL AND its PROCEDURES.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
4. Discount Codes
Account discount codes – Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes are only redeemable via the same account holder. Please take special note of the expiration dates.
Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes on certain products. Please take special note of the expiration dates.
5. Custom Orders
If you would like to alter the length of one of our designer pieces (i.e. make it shorter or longer) we are more than happy to help. The additional charges for alterations start at $20 per item. To order a custom piece, simply select the closest size and add it to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out and are on the PAYPAL page, you will have the option to send a message to seller. In the open field please confirm details of the alteration (i.e. do you want it shorter or longer. Any measurements you have would be a great help to our design team). 6. Rush Orders
*IF AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE RUSHED, PLEASE CONTACT shop@concrete-rose.com IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING YOUR ORDER SO THAT IT CAN BE REVIEWED. QUICKER DELIVERY will BE ACCOMMODATED for an additional fee. You will receive a separate “rush order” PAYPAL invoice for each rush order.
SECURITY
Your credit card details are not stored by our website, they are passed securely through PAYPAL’s certified secure payment process. This process is constantly monitored.
We are against credit card fraud and take a strong stance against anyone trying to use another person’s details.
A Secured Socket Layer (SSL) ensures your payment details are protected. Additionally, our firewall is regularly updated.
The only details recorded and kept on our database are your personal details, e.g. emails, names, addresses. This information will never be passed on except in case of a legal responsibility.
Payment or debiting of your card will only be made when you accept and choose to pay for the items you have ordered at the end of the checkout. Without this your order will not be recorded or processed. If you are not the cardholder listed on the credit card do not make a purchase at this store.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Concrete Rose STRIVES FOR 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. We guarantee all products we sell to be free from defects of workmanship. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IN THE EVENT YOUR GARMENT NEEDS MINOR FIT ALTERATIONS, PLEASE DIRECT TO YOUR LOCAL TAILOR/CLEANERS. IF YOU RESIDE IN THE New Jersey/Philadelphia AREA, YOU MAY BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TO COME TO THE STUDIO FOR ALTERATIONS. SIMPLY EMAIL Concrete Rose at info@concrete-rose.com.
SHIPPING
*GOODS ARE SHIPPED VIA STANDARD USPS Priority Mail FOR BOTH DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
1. Domestic
We offer a UPS Domestic Express Delivery service only for rush orders.
Please note that most of our garments are made to order when you purchase, so delivery time is based on when it is manufactured. Your patience is appreciated. ![]()
Delivery within 3 working days (if item is in stock)
- Your orders will be sent out via USPS or UPS Express shipping.
- Each parcel is traceable and requires a signature upon delivery. If you think you will not be present at delivery then please leave a note (at checkout) to give permission for it to be left in a secure place without a signature. Otherwise, a note will be left and you will be required to pick up the package from the United States Local Post Office as specified on the note.
- Unfortunately, we do not deliver on observed national holidays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
2. International
We offer the option to select Standard or Express delivery services.
Standard Delivery is through USPS Delivery time is usually between 1- 3 weeks on stocked items.
Express Delivery is through UPS and is fully traceable. Delivery time is usually between 4 – 7 working days on stocked items.
When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature on receipt.

COMMUNITY AREAS
1. Registration
Concrete Rose Clothing reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupts any of our services in any way.
If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community you may have action taken against all of your accounts.
2. Submission of material
By submitting any material to us, you automatically grant Concrete Rose the royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. You also acknowledge that Concrete Rose is not obliged to publish any material submitted by you on any Concrete Rose publication.
We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (telephone number, home address, business address, delivery address or email address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified). In certain circumstances Concrete Rose may also share your contribution with trusted third parties. By submitting any material to us, you agree to use the Concrete Rose Community Guidelines as specified on this page.
3. Failure to comply
If you fail to abide by these Community Rules you may be sent an email informing you why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts. This action may include censorship (content posted by you being checked before it is allowed to go on the site) or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all areas of Concrete-Rose.com.
Concrete Rose reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time, for any reason. If you do not want to grant Concrete Rose the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit or share your contribution on the Community website.
