GENERAL QUESTIONS
Question: The photo I posted on Facebook isn’t showing up on the fan page :(
Answer: Unfortunately, it’s Facebook’s settings that allow a photo to be posted on our page. Try the steps below to change your settings. Go to your Privacy Settings:

    • Click on the little arrow next to home in the top right hand corner.
    • Click on ‘Privacy Settings’.
    • Next to ‘Apps and Websites’ click on edit settings.
    • Next to ‘How people bring your info to apps they use’.
    • Click on ‘Edit Settings’.
    • Make sure the ‘My Photos’ box is ticked.
    • Click on ‘Save Changes’.
This has worked for a number of roses. Happy #tagging!
Question: I want to post pics but don’t want to fill up my friend’s news feeds, can I do something to stop this from happening?
Answer: I know a lot of roses are reluctant to post lots of photos here because they don’t want them blasting out to every person on their Facebook friend list. Good news! I think we have worked out how to do it. You can use Facebook AS A PAGE, not as a person (which is of course what we do!) So follow the simple steps below and in no time you can post pics here and no one else can see them except other Concrete Rose fans.

    • Go to any fan page.
    • Top right hand corner “Create a page”.
    • Get creative and pick a category.
    • Choose another category from the drop down box and tick the box and click “get started”.
    • Next to “home” on the menu bar on the top right hand side is a down arrow, click it and then “use Facebook as page”.
    • Smash the Concrete Rose fan page with photos you’ve been holding back because you don’t want your stalker friends to see them.
I’ve noticed that a lot of roses are already doing this. Yeah for anonymity!
Question: When am I gonna get my stuff?!?
Answer: It’s coming. It’s coming. It’s coming!
As soon as your purchases are ready, we’ll send them, we promise!
Please remember that most of our clothing is made to order especially for YOU, so delivery time is based on when it is manufactured. Thanks for your patience, rose! :)

    • Stocked items: 1-3 working days
    • Custom made or not in stock: 7-14 working days

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email confirmation. Make sure you check your friend/foe filters on your email so ‘shop@concrete-rose.com’ doesn’t end up in the land of spam.

Question: I’m really freaking out – where’s my order?
Answer: If you haven’t received a confirmation email and you really think your order may have disappeared in the Concrete Jungle, email us at shop@concrete-rose.com. We’ll look into it. If you’re just freaking out because you’re impatient though, please try to relax, Rose. Anxiety and Stress won’t benefit you under these circumstances.
Question: Is there a real, live, Concrete Rose boutique I can shop at?
Answer: Nope. Sorry, we’re all ‘21st Century’ and only sell our clothing online. But watch out for the imposters. There’s only one official Concrete Rose brand!
Question: Where are the clothes designed and made?
Answer: All Concrete Rose stuff is designed and made in the good ole “U.S. of A” in a small town in New Jersey.
Question: Custom orders – what’s up with them? Can I do it?
Answer: We get that Roses come in all shapes and sizes, so if you need a bit more length here or a bit less length there, we can do that. It’s $25 extra per order. Please keep in mind that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. To make a custom order:

    • Find the item you want and add the nearest size to your cart.
    • When you check out, view the item in your cart and select the ‘Write your request in the “send message to seller” box, e.g. “Please make legs 2 inches longer” or what not. The more specific you can get with measurements and other details, the better our designers can do their jobs.

Question: Sizing… what size do I get? What should I do? I’m a size X in whatever brand… but I dunno… #YIKES!, help!
Answer: Well, check out our pretty easy Sizing Chart to get a good indication. Fellow Roses on Facebook are also pretty swift about replying if they think that they can assist you with sizing. If you have any specific questions before placing an order, Contact Us.
Remember that our fabrics are stretchy so that offers some flexibility with sizing.
Question: Sold out? SOLD OUT? NOOOOOOOO!?!?!??!?!??
Answer: Sorry, sometimes it happens. You love something a lot, but we try not to make too many of any of our items and other roses loved it a lot, so now it’s gone. We’re sorry it makes you sad. But if it says ‘Sold Out’, it means we won’t have it back in the immediate future. Maybe we ran out of fabric. Maybe we just got bored of seeing it. Maybe it was just not meant to be. But MAYBE, it’ll be back one day… so keep checking back and crossing your fingers.
Question: Can I change or cancel my order?
Answer: You know what they say, To err is human. Quick, you can change it but you’ve only got 4 hours… then, chances are it’s already underway. To change or cancel, shop@concrete-rose.com.
Question: I’m getting an error when trying to place an order… what do I do?!?
Answer: First and foremost… remember to breathe. Cuz if you don’t, you’ll faint and then it’ll take even longer to get your Concrete Rose order, and that’s no good. Secondly, check that you’ve filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info. Still not working? UGGGGGHHHH! It might be the computer system. Be patient and remember that computers are people too. Email us at info@concrete-rose.com
Question: I just placed an order… but I want to add something else to it. Can I?
Answer: Erm… this is awkward. No. You have to place another order. Sorry.

At Concrete Rose, we treat your privacy, and any information that you give to us, with the utmost care and respect. The following Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and what we use it for.
Question: What information do we collect?
Answer: We collect information from you when you send a message on our contact page, post a blog comment, or place an order. When ordering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, date of birth, mailing address or phone number.
Question: What do we use your information for?
Answer: Your personal information is stored and used by Concrete Rose only for communicating with you. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

    • To personalize your experience – your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
    • To improve our website – we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
    • To improve customer service – your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
    • To process transactions – Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
Question: How do we protect your information?
Answer: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Question: Do we use cookies?

Question: Do we use any third party links?
Answer: Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
